This privacy policy sets out how Scots For Leave (‘SFL’) uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website.  Scots For Leave is a campaign and awareness group;  it is not a commercial entity of any kind.

Joining our Mailing List gives us your name and e-mail address so we can send you our information from time to time.

How we use your information:

Your name and e-mail address are all we need to send you our group emails.  You have only given us information so we that can send you emails with updates about Brexit, information about our projects or events, and to let you know how you can participate in and support our campaign.

You can stop receiving these emails at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the emails we send your or by emailing us at contact@scotsforleave.net and requesting removal from our list.  Please put UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.

SFL will not provide any information we hold on you to any third parties, unless required by law to do so.

How we store your information:

We will hold your information for as long as the Scots For Leave campaign is active.  You can remove yourself from our lists by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of emails which we send.

Our Supporter list is held by MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

How to access your information that we hold:

If you wish to be removed from our Supporters’ List, or need more information on how we hold your data please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@scotsforleave.net.

Likewise, if the information we hold on you needs updating, please contact contact@scotsforleave.net .
